Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority (RWHRA) needs your expressed interest to apply for the SCDP application.
This program could provide eligible owners with low-interest and forgivable financing to update rental or commercial properties.
This application will be administered by Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) on behalf of RWHRA.
Why fill out the survey?
- Your expressed interest allows RWHRA to apply for funds
- Surveys and participation forms are needed to apply for funds
- Places you on priority contact list once funds become available
- Filling out these forms does not obligate you to participate in SCDP
- Potential access to low-interest or forgivable financing for eligible properties once funds become available
