Community and Economic Development Associates offers a variety of services that can help your organization grow and prosper.
CEDA’s business model is based on a team approach, as each CEDA consultant is backed by a team with well over 100 years of combined experience in the economic and community development field.
When a community or organization signs a contract with CEDA they receive the very best service not only from their assigned consultant but the entire CEDA agency. Most contracts are established with a 30-day out clause — if CEDA does not meet or exceed expectations or produce results, then we are no longer retained.

The Workforce Coordinators deepen or create relationships with area businesses to give students the opportunity to better understand the vast opportunities that are available within our rural communities.

CEDA provides assistance through a variety of agricultural resources like business education for agricultural entrepreneurs, inventories of available farmland and more.
Civil Mediation Services
CEDA team member Bryan Stading is “Qualified and Rostered” with the Minnesota State Court Administrator’s office as a Civil Mediator, also known as a “neutral.” His experience is in business/commercial and general civil resolutions.

This service will not be part of a typical CEDA community support services contract but will be a separate stand alone contract
with multiple parties that could include a city, county, organization or business.
