Community and Economic Development Associates
Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) was established in 1986 as a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called the Southeastern Minnesota Development Corporation.
In 2010, the agency responded to strong interest in its services beyond the original service territory and changed its name to CEDA to reflect our commitment to all of rural America. Today, CEDA serves all regions of Greater Minnesota, Northeast Iowa, and Western Wisconsin.
