Joshua joined the CEDA team in June 2022 as a Community and Business Development Specialist for Nobles County. Joshua's hometown is Jackson, Minnesota and he graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Prior to joining CEDA, Joshua worked as a journalist in southwest Minnesota, covering local government, business and community events.
Amber joined CEDA in November of 2022 as an Economic & Business Development Specialist for Martin County, Faribault County, and Madelia Public Schools. Amber has worked as an Office Administrator for a Minnesota based power agency. She is involved as a community member, volunteering her time with various organizations. Amber enjoys working with people and communities in rural areas to help develop and sustain the current and future generations. Amber is married to her husband Zac and has two children. In her free time, Amber enjoys watching her children’s activities, watching sports, and hanging out with family and friends.
Nobles County is on the southern side of Minnesota and borders Iowa.
Angie joined the CEDA team in August 2022.
Angie Kopplow is a graduate of St Cloud State University with a degree in applied sociology and child and family studies. Angie has 15 years experience in the child protection field and child care. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and attending community event

Dusty joined the CEDA team in February 2021 as a Community and Business Development Specialist. Dusty retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years of honorable, active-duty service in June of 2017. Since retiring, Dusty has worked for the City of St. Charles, Minn., and the La Crescent-Hokah Secondary school in La Crescent, Minn. Dusty holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Park University.
Dusty grew up in the rural town of Ruthton, Minn., with a current population of 217 people and understands the needs of small-town U.S.A. She enjoys seeing them grow and prosper and is looking forward to creating solid relationships with businesses and citizens, to improve their economic growth. In her free time, Dusty enjoys spending time with her two children, working out, traveling, and reading.

Annie joined the CEDA team in December 2018 as a Community and Business Development Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Planning and Community Development, and Political Science. Annie has a passion for serving her community, and has always wanted to work in local government. She especially enjoys working one on one with business owners to support and grow their business. Annie hopes to make a positive impact in Southcentral Minnesota through her position with CEDA.
