Kelly joined the CEDA team in November 2021 as a Grant Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. Previous to CEDA, Kelly worked for, and was part owner of a small upholstery workroom and knows first-hand the power of supporting local businesses.

Growing up in South Dakota, Kelly developed a love of small towns that continues to this day. She looks forward to helping rural communities achieve their goals.
