Ashley joined the CEDA team in October 2025 and is dedicated to building welcoming, resilient communities. She has experience addressing the complex needs of aging populations, housing access, and transportation solutions that enhance the quality of life for all. With a background in Business, Human Resources, and Organizational Leadership, Ashley brings strong strategic, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to her work. She values open communication and collaboration, fostering partnerships that drive meaningful and lasting impact. Beyond her professional role, Ashley leads a girls' youth after school program, empowering young women to grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose. She also enjoys spending time with her family on their family farm.
