She has experience addressing the complex needs of aging populations, housing access, and transportation solutions that enhance the quality of life for all. With a background in Business, Human Resources, and Organizational Leadership, Ashley brings strong strategic, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to her work. She values open communication and collaboration, fostering partnerships that drive meaningful and lasting impact. Beyond her professional role, Ashley leads a girls' youth after school program, empowering young women to grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose. She also enjoys spending time with her family on their family farm.
