Honey Burg
Honey Burg joined CEDA in February of 2023. She grew up in rural southern Minnesota, and lives in Mankato, MN with her family.
She has over twenty years of organizational leadership and program development in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Management experience includes General Manager in the service industry, Branch Manager in branch banking and consumer lending, Executive Director in an estate planning law firm, and Director in public charter K-12. Additional experience includes over 8 years of regional sales management in business banking and small business lending.
Honey is certified in alternative dispute resolution and paralegal studies through MSU, Mankato, and commercial lending through the American Banker Association. She has held a Life, Health and Accident, Title Insurance, and NMLS license, and completed the Abstractors licensing exam. Since 2004, she has dedicated service to MN based nonprofits focused on small business mentoring, affordable housing, women's leadership, and youth career and entrepreneurial education.
