Chatfield is located 20 south of Rochester.
Highway 52 runs through Chatfield and the city is split almost equally between the counties of Olmsted and Fillmore. Chatfield is known as “The Gateway to Bluff Country” and “The Chosen Valley.”
Spring Valley is located just 28 miles south of Rochester.

Chris joined CEDA in 2019 with more than 20 years of national sales and management experience in licensed product sales, working with Fortune 500 companies to support marketing initiatives through licensed promotional products for professional sport leagues. (NFL, NHL, NBA, and others)
Chris earned an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds a graduate degree in education from Winona State University. In addition to his work with CEDA, Chris serves as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business at Winona State University and has collaborated to conduct and publish research in the areas of workforce development and personal branding in the American Journal of Business Education and the Journal of International Research in Higher Education.
Chris is an avid outdoorsman, Eagle Scout and volunteer, having grown up hunting and fishing on the Mississippi River in Winona, MN. He currently lives in St. Charles, MN, with his wife Kelly and their two children, Ethan and Haleigh.
Harmony is known as “The biggest little town in southern Minnesota.
