Community and Economic Development Associates offer a variety of services that help your organization grow and prosper.
Through the Community Support Program, CEDA staff partner with communities to assist with community and economic development needs.
We also offer assistance to communities with the Small Cities Development Grant application. This program helps communities capture grant dollars to help with redevelopment and community investment projects.
CEDA also operates the SBA Small Business Development Center for Winona and Fillmore Counties.
